When you cancel your TrackMyHours account:

• Invoices and financial records may be retained as required by law, but will not be used for any other purpose.

TrackMyHours is operated from the United States. If you're accessing our time tracking services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
